    Hot technology ? yes or no ?

    DataGard and RMAN has been fun. But when thats over I dont think I will see anything new under the sun.

    Talked to some folks doing Real Application Clusters, Oracle Portal on 9iAS, EMC disk, Oracle Workflow and a lot of PL/SQL.

    I know that RAC is a hot skill to have and see some demand for 9iAS.

    What opinion do you have on these technologies? I am thinking its a great move but will involve a big learning curve ( wont see much of the summer ).

    Yes, but he is really in Boulder, so summer lasts all year long in the PRB (People's Republic of Boulder). And besides, the three weeks here is better than the one week you get in CT.

    First thanks for the script help the other week, but I did not realize your in Denver.

    Denver rocks, its greener than maui right now.

    Relived my childhood building a massive megaplex fort/swing/slide for my lit girl last weekend. Outside the whole time, and of course had to test the slide 20 times myself

    Chicago summer = 2 months usable before and after the heat
    Denver summmer = 9 months usable



    Ooops looks like its time to hop on my mountain bike and go from 9000 ft to 10000.....

    9iAs and RAC is on top of the chart.
    BTW it is HOT out here in Atlanta.

    HAH!! Real men ride in the mud, snow, rain and ice. There is nothing like East Coast winter riding.
    All that thin air just creates less resistance and makes riding easier.
