outlook express to oracle -- automation

I am getting some client details
in formated mail.(say outlook express (excel formated)
or outlook).

I need to transfer that data into my database.

How to insert the details automatically into my oracle
8i database. ( We want to automate that process).

Its helpful.

But is it possible to workout idea like this

We receive mails from clients.
We want to read the data from the Mail in a fixed format.
Or the data is in the attached excel file.

Then we need to post that data into the database.

Suggestions on this regard will be helpful to me.

You should use VBA for that..That is visual basic for applications..i gave you the frame work on how VBA can acesses oracle database..

Through VBA you can automate Outlook excel etc..serach microsofts site.
