    error

    I have installed O8i on NT without the starter DB. Now to create a DB manually, at the cmd prompt I entered 'svrmgrl' but it give err: cannot allocate dedicated memory........

    Since it is NT why don't u use DB configuration Asst for creating database rather than manually.
