I think the whole forum seems a bit dead. I've stopped visiting as much since they altered the screen layout. I'm sick of having to scroll down a whole screen to get to the forums. I think they've forgotten what the site is for

I think the whole OCP craze has slowed drastically since Oracle decided they needed to make more money in their University Division and added that silly "pay us $2000 for a course you don't need, and we'll give you your OCP" requirement.

Well, on a personal note, I did work for 6 years on a psychiatric inpatient unit in NYC prior to my glorious career in IT.
So I have plenty of experience with certified and certifiable people.
