Load Program for Database

i am testing the performance on Oracle DB Engine. Can anyone tell me any commercial (fairly priced) database load program (or similar kind of tools) ?

# i usually use TPC-C like program to test

mercury stuffs are very costy, you can probably try Quest Benchmark Factory and Data Factory, I think the price isnt too bad

but, do those include specific schema to test like TPCC?
i thought load runner is to control and run an application many times.
what i looking for is something that includes a test schema and analyzing tool too.

if there is anything that i can customize schema and run it and returns test's results, that would be the one i want to have.

# by the way, what do people say about 10i? i am doing Cellphone DB's DBA in JP.
