    Parallel Direct Loads

    Hi,

    I need to load the data of one table containing around 8 million records to another table. i wish to use Parallel Direct Loads using multiple sessions to load data to the same table. How do i do it.
    I mean what all settings do i need to set. We are running Oracle 8.1.6.3.1 Enterprise Edition Server.
