    Recovering Datafile without backup

    Hi
    I have a problem.
My Oracle version is 9.0.1.1. Operating System is Windows 2000 Server.
My database server was improperly shutdown due to power failure,
which caused some of some kind of media failure in system01.dbf datafile. Now i cannot open my database.
I created this database only two days ago and had never taken any backup of the database but archiving was enabled.
I really need to recover this database because it had some very important record in it.
Can anyone please tell how i can recover my database using archivelogs. The error i keep on getting when i try the recover database command or recover datafile command is

ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-00322: log 2 of thread 1 is not current copy
    ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: 'C:\ORACLE\ORADATA\TEST\REDO02.LOG'

Can anyone help me.Its really urgent.
    Regards Zeeshan!

Just try supplying the path of other redo logfiles.. Dont use recover datafile command. Use recover database command.

Document id 1016968.102, on metalink should help.
But, take a copy of your existing online redo logs and the db files before performing those action: Worst case, you can try it the next time.

Let us know how the recovery goes.
