We're using both Oracle and SQL Server in our company julian...

I recommend these SQL Server Books:

    1) SQL Server 2000 unleashed 2nd edition by Ray Rankin
    2) Admin 911 SQL Server 2000 by Brian Knight
    3) SQL Server Backup and Recovery Tools and Techniques by Frank McBath
    4) Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Performance Optimization and Tuning Handbook by Ken England
    5) Professional SQL Server 2000 DTS by Mark Chaffin

    That will get you started.

SQL Server Book for Oracle DBAs

You could check out Chris Kempster's e-book -

'SQL Server 2000 for the Oracle DBA'

You can pay and download at his website.
