find out who's accessing my pc

Can someone please tell me how to find out from SqlPlus, who's accessing my pc and what command is he using to query my pc.

First go and instal the cygwin toolkit if you r no windoze..and then from sqlplus excute the host command..who

To find out who he is log in as sys or system and
select username, machine from v$session where username is not null;

You can also change your listener port.
