how can we achieve this outer join

let's say we have 3 tables A, B, C

on each table, we have two columns. On table A had one column outer join with table C and one column outer join with table B. On table B, I want the second column outer join to table C and I got the error:

ORA-01417.

how can I fix this porblem or anyone had diffent query to achieve the same goal???
