    Hi

    I want to have your opinion on the following book..

    Oracle SQL Tuning Pocket Reference
    by Mark Gurry


    has anybody read it ?

    Have read it.

    I have a couple of copies, which I usually lend out to users in our reports teams that use GUI tools to create SQL syntax for themselves.

    Usually, they end up with bad performing basically written SQL that can be easily converted to run more efficiently.

    It's eased a lot of problems for me.

    Saves me time and effort trying to educate.

    As it's a small book, it doesn't overface people such that they never read it.
