ORA-01092: Oracle Instance Terminated. Disconnection Forced.

I'm getting following error when I try to open up a database after when my migration failed (ORA-29521: reference named java/lang/integer could not be found) from 8.1.7 to 9.2.0 with following error.

ORA-01092: Oracle Instance Terminated. Disconnection Forced.

I can mount the database, but I cannot open. Is there any way to open up the database?

    login as sys as sysdba
    do
    SQL> startup migrate
    SQL> spool upgrade.log
run the upgrade script u0801070.sql again...
    SQL> @?/rdbms/admin/u0801070.sql or @?\rdbms\admin\u0801070.sql

Did you follow the steps in the migration steps properly ??

show the init parameter file, did you increase the size of the system tablespace, rollback segments...

you are migrating manually or using DBMA...

And one thing more ask the question as whole not in piecies... so that you can get better answer at a time...
