Error while trying to make a full backup

i got ORA-19571 when i was trying to make a full backup using the backup wizard.
CONTROL_FILE_RECORD_KEEP_TIME = 7
i have a record in rc_archived_log with the same recid that is found in the error stack.
i'm using a recovery catalog, and the last backup made is older than 7 days.
now what can i do to make a full backup?

PS: Oracle 9.0.1.3 on a windows 2000 Advanced Server Service Pack 3.

Hi,
I think that the ORA-19571 error is coming because your parameter CONTROL_FILE_RECORD_TIME setting is to low.Try to increase it from 7 to 14 and then try again.
