    Rollback segment error not Production system but not on test

    Hi
    I have 2 instances on 2 separate servers , they are configured the same in all aspects.
    Now on the production instance Im running into rollback cannot extend errors but the same process is running just fine. The workload on both the machines is same.
    Can anyone help me in solving this mystery.

    Something is not the same. Check rollback segments, autoextend on your datafiles, optimal settings, etc.

    Please post exact error messages.
    What sizes are you rollback segments? How many of them?
    How many users on each system?
