sending email to multiple recipiants through oem

How can I send email alerts to multiple recipiants?

Here is what I have tried,

Select SYSTEM, PREFERENCES, NOTIFICATION, EMAIL
and then I have tried several combinations to get the email to work
like
'steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com';'steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com'
"steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com";"steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com"

'steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com','steve.montgomerie@icn.siemens.com'

I can send to both email addresses individually but not together

I had a similar problem sending one message to my pager and one to my email. The way I got around it was to setup two administrators; one for the pager and one for the email. Ultimately, I setup a mail alias and I only had to send it to dba.alert@mydomain.com.
