Differences between 8i Standard Edition & Personal Oracle8?

What are the main drawbacks of using Personal Oracle 8 as against using an install of 8i Standard eEition, on a beefy PC to be used as a small server?

As far as I know the main difference is that with the Personal Edition you are, from the licensing point of view, not allowed to use it as a server but only as a local database

PS: sorry, just saw that I didn't realy read the content of your question but only title

Subject of the thread is different from body. AFA Subject goes follow this link to find the differences of 8i, and find the similar document for Oracle8 also... to figure out the diffrences.

I've no problem with it! A colleague in the US wants to use it as a small server. Couldn't think of any technical reasons why it wouldn't work, as I've only ever used it on laptops. What I was after were cast-iron technical reasons why it was inappropriate.
