    PL/SQL email with BLOB ( inline image) attachment

    I am writing a stored procedure that sends email with a BLOB (image) attachment. The client uses Lotus Notes and they want to do it from PL/SQL and do not want any third party software such as PSP_mail.

    Can someone point me in the right direction? I am sure it has been done before..
