PSUEDO entry in V$PROCESS view

Hi friends,

Could any one clarify the following

When i execute the query

this shows me the order of Oracle background processes started, in the order of PID, i would like to know what the first entry is ?? it shows

PID - 1 , Program - PSUEDO

what is this PSUEDO process . ?? what is its significance as related to Oracle bg processes??

Any information on this would be welcome
