Problem starting dbconsole service in wndows.

Hi;

I would like to use the Enterprise Manager running under the Windows XP OS.

I can't seem to log on via a browser via http://localhome:5500/em.

And when I observe the current status of the dbconsole, which I believe has to be running in order for the EM's address to work, it's status is blank.

If I change it's status to Start I get the following
message in the command window "c:\oraHome_1\oc4j\j2ee\oc4j_dbconsole.192.158.2.6_AtestDB not found.

I believe that I am trying to start the right service OracleDbConsoleAtestDB.
