    Angry FRM-31639 and FRM-31637

    FRM-31639 and FRM-31637 while upgrading SQL*MENU 5 to FORMS 4.5
    There is the line command:
    f45gen32 MODULE=MENUCTI USERID=system/manager@sun.world MODULE_TYPE=MENU MODULE_ACCESS=DATABASE UPGRADE=YES VERSION=50

    Question FRM-31639 and FRM-31637

    I have read the note:32952.1. But when I execute this query
    select appname from FRM40__MNUAPP;
    No row selected.
    The ripository of SQL*FORMS and FORMS4 are both installed with system user
