    I do not have a plan to post, but here are some ideas.

    Go through every type of failure that you have read about, and write a step by step procedure of what you would do to recover and the resources you would need.

    Make an assessment of the risk to the business and give an estimate of the downtime.

    Make an estimate of the time it will take to recover in each of the scenarios.

    Make an estimate of the amount of data loss.

    Make an estimate of the amount of development time that will be lost.

    Write this plan with enough clarity and simplicity such that a colleague can perform recovery and your manager can understand the concepts and implications.

    Review this document with your manager to determine that your procedures meet the needs of the business.
