    how to change PROCESSES parameter dynamically ?

    Oraqcle 9.2

    I need to change my PROCESSES parameter value dynamically. Is there a way where i can do it ?...I already have a SPFILE created.

    Do i have to bounce the instance if we change the values for this parameter ?...

    Don't think you can change the processes value dynamically even in 9.2
