Can I get Oracle 8.1.7.0 software for Solaris 8 Intel edition???
I did not find this software on http://www.oracle.com
I found only for SPARC Edition........

Please let me know.........

me too, did not found the intel-version,
why not using Linux instead for your intel-machine?
SUN itself released more and more Linux-based Systems even Supercomputers

Oracle still have 8.1.7.0 software for Solaris Intel edition. They do not have 9i for Solaris Intel. Only for SPARC Edition
