    Alter system suspend

    Hi,
    Normaly Oracle will not allow other user to login after the it suspended. Anyway, is there any way to resume the system other than that alter's session?

    SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SUSPEND;

    SQL> ALTER SYSTEM RESUME;
