    Question Oracle 9i agent

    Could you please advise how to start/stop the Oracle 9i agent on Unix and how to check the status. Thank you.

    ora9i agent for unix

    hi buddy,

    I am also looking for an agent in Linux. I've already downloaded the Ora9i enterprises version. But even after the client installation from the files(Disk1 to Disk3), the graphic user interface for the client is not executeable.

    Anybody can help setting up GUI for linux with ora server in Sun Ma/c.

    Oracle9i agent

    Oracle9i now has a separate execuatable for the agent. Use:

    agentctl [start|stop|stat]
