I have passed the Oracle 9i upgrade Certification around 4 months back. I am still to receive the certificate. I have been in constant touch with prometric via email about this and they keep telling me the new dates they will arrange to send the certificates. I have confirmed that they have my correct address.
I am really worried about this now...Is there any way to escalate the things ?

Well, even I did get mails from fullfilment about my certificates being sent out on some date, but actually I haven't recvd them.
Thanks vimap, I tried the number, and they gave me same mail address ocpexam_ww@oracle.com.
I have mailed them enquiring about the status.
Let's hope for the best.

I remember when I was getting my certificates, they did say on many occasions that the certificates had been sent but I never got them. For it is very, very strange that mail gets lost on the way from US to Finland. I have never heard of such things to happen. And so often. Now, when I read about similar cases, I wonder if they ever sent these certificates or ... ?
