SDU,TDU Setting

While analysing the statspack report , got some messge that sql*net more data from client.The solution for this is setting the SDU and TDU.
How can we set this parameters and where ? How can we increase the SQL*Net package size?

In the tnsnames.ora

http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/...1&p_showHelp=1

Make sure your network can handle the increased packet size else changing these parameters do nothing because you are limited by your network.
