info on migration of oracle 8i to sql 2000

we have an existing product developped in VB 6.0 as front end and oracle 8i as back end. as per some clients requirement, we wish to convert our existing Oracle database to SQL Server 2000. there are some 103 tables(no data is there, only structure to be converted), 60 stored procedures.

i want to know, whether any tool available for converting the table structure or any easy step by step procedures to be followed such that there should not be any missing link after conversion.

    please help me out.

    thanks.

    bye,

    venkatesh
