Backup - through Management Server Error

    Hi there,

I'm getting the following error when I try to run a backup through OEM Management Server, The Intelligent Agent is running on the DB server, and I can ping it, I can administer the database, therefore connectivity is fine, however the backup keeps failing with the following error!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated as these problems have been going on for a week now,

    Kind Regards

    Allie
