    What is the best way to grab the schema object. (Import)

    can you rephrase your question? Are you saying you want to extract an object's ddl? or the object and its data? particulary a table I assume? if yes then you can use export.

    I am sorry, i want to extract object's DDL for (TABLE/VIEWS/ etc)

    ROWS=N

    You can also use Toad/Sql Navigator to extract object DDL.
