Getting error in Oracle data pump import 10.1.0.3

Hi,

I am trying to export a table from a schema on a Solaris machine using data pump (expdp) and import into a schema on Linux machine using impdp. I get the following error :

ORA-31672: Worker process DW01 died unexpectedly.

Job "PROADMIN2_PRD"."SYS_IMPORT_TABLE_09" stopped due to fatal error at 23:08

I use Oracle 10.1.0.3 on both machines. It works from one solaris machine to another or one Linux to another. But it does not work from Solaris to Linux or vice versa. Looks like some platform related error.
Please help.
