Hi Alauddin,
c. tables owned by a user exhibit rapid and anticipated growth.
d. database objects are reorganized and placed in different tablespace.
C: (Typo ? unanticipated growth) If growth is unanticipated, user quota may have been set to low.
D: Quotas apply to a tablespace, therefore if tables are moved to a different tablespace, users will need a quota on the new tablespace.

I agree with Nick, it has to be 3,4 also because 1,2 are laughable answers.

Q. a dba grants user A the alter user privilege with admin option. user A create roles and grants the alter user to user B. what will happen to the roles user A created, and also to user B's privileges, if you drop user A with cascade option?
a.the roles will remain and user b will lose the alter user privilege.
b.the roles will remain and user b will not lose the alter ueser privilege.
c.the roles will be removed and user b will lose the alter ueser privilege.
d.the roles will be removed and user b will not lose the alter user privilege.
which one is correct.
(alter user is a system privilege; and here the system privilege granted with admin option to B; B will lost the privilege?)

What is the difference between system privileges and object privileges? Which set is persistent, and which is not?
