    Ora-1519

    Hi ...


    When I am trying to create a database I am getting the following error

    ORA-1519 error while processing file '%s' near line %s"
    CREATE DATABASE encountered a problem while processing
    specified file. The specified file is bad


    do I have to reinstall oracle software.or is there any other way.Please help..

    I don't think you need to reinstall

    it is probably has to do with the location of some file or folder , check your paths......, also check if you have enough space where you try to create your database
