Change the language in Oracle9i

I have install oracle9i in a computer, the language of more of all of the things are english (as i want), but the computer is Swedish and when i begin to work with the oracle, i discover that the SQL Plus are totally in swedish and the worksheet only the errors. The problem is that the most of the people that will use this don´t speak swedish (me neither), then i need to change this to english but i haven´t discover how.

Any one knows how to change the language for have all in english?
