hi all

I am a new user with Oracle8i, I want to use Designer6i to design a new database,but in order to use Designer, I need to install a new repository with Repository6i , I have done according to Installation-Guide step by step, but it fails , the error message is:

IMP-00016:required character set conversion(type 31 to 852) not supported

IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

what's reasion? how can i do?!
