Can't launch Database Configuration Assistant
I installed Oracle 8i on Windows 2000. Everything else works fine. But I can't lauch Database Configuration Assistant.
Any suggestions?

and whats happens when you do try and start it?

You can't start it? Is it a guilt issue? You feel guilty using a girly GUI tool to do a man's job and just can't bring yourself to type "dbca?" Or is it a user headspace and timing problem? Path not set up to read ORACLE_HOME\bin? Please be more specific.
