    Question Date format

    HI,

    I having problem with the following date format.

    2002-04-09 18:25:05.0
    yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS.?

    Can somebody help me to find out the last digit's format?

    I'm reasonably sure the Oracle DATE datatype doesn't support milliseconds.

    try using data type TIMESTAMP
    its new feature in 9i
