    Scripts to connect?
Yep connect username/password@sid if using Net8

Normally the web server has a oracle client installed and connect to db like other client using Net8.

    Cheers

It seems that you have no skills in web server and application development.

There are several way to connect to Oracle Database, such as JDBC Thin Driver, OCI, OCCI, ODBC, OLE DB. Refer to Oracle 9i Online Books for more information.
