gethitratio is related to the parse phase of the SQL statement issued by application which found the parsed copy in memory. the GETHIT column in the v$librarycache stores the no. of time the SQL statment issue by application is found.
    (recommend OTLP > 95%)

pinhitratio is related to the excution phase. The PINS column in v$librarycache is incremented each time the statment found in memory is excuted. This ratio indicate how freq executed statements found associated parsed SQL statement alreday in library cache.
    ( recommned OLTP > 90%)
