SGA Sizing

Hi Guys,
I am presently learning to do SGA Sizing.Given a situation where I am asked to break up the SGA into various compartments depending on the various init parameters.
1) I want to map the initialisation parameters to various compartments.
2) I want to derive a formulas for determining the sizes of various compartments.
3) What do the Control Structures in the Shared Pool Actually Do and which parameter determines its size.
4) What do the Locks and Structures part in the Library cache do and which parameter determines its size.

I have been reading this ie the oracle online help..But I have not been able to...actually the point is that I want to know which parameter determines the Control structures in the Shared Pool..
Info regarding Locks and structures...and The parameter mapping to that various compartments..
