    View for Quisced database!

    Hi all!

    Is there any view for Quiesced database in Oracle v9i.

    The ACTIVE_STATE value of V$INSTANCE will be QUIESCED.

    All of views in normal mode are available in QUIESCED mode. DBA transactions are unaffected. User transactions are not processed.
