    Question RMAN catalog

    Hi all,

    I am using RMAN to take hot incremental backups of my DBs.
    This is the actual strategy I am using.

    sunday - inc0
    monday - inc2
    tuesday - inc2
    wednesday - inc1
    thursday - inc2
    friday - inc2
    saturnday - inc2

    Once I have a new backup inc0 I am deleting old files.

    How can I tell RMAN, and update the catalog, and show that the files are not available anymore ?
