Unable to cancel concurrent jobs

We are on 11.5.5 and have a peculiar problem. We have some long running jobs like FSGs, etc. When the users try to cancel them, the screen just hangs (freezes). Same thing happens when they click on Diagnostics. We tried to kill the jobs logged in as Sys Admin and have the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try to stop the CONC MGR and relink the FNDLIBR exe.
Use the clean scrips from Metalink and execute the above.
When u are executing this script, no one should submit any request.
I hope this will solve your issue
