first of all, try to specify the nature of the problem in you subject.
When naming it 'Urgent','Very Urgent' ... some people will tend to not answering, because in the past some users have posted not-urgent threads with a similar tittle.

Now about your problem.

The error says :
Error: ORA 2290
Text: check constraint . violated
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cause: The value or values attempted to be entered in a field or fields violate a defined check constraint.
Action: Enter values that satisfy the constraint.

? Can you give use the exact error-message.

? Have you checked the alert file to see if you aren't getting any ora-600 error.

? Does the session generates a log-file. ( user_dump_dest )
