    can anyone tell me how can i create a tabbed form???

    create a canvas that will contain the tab pages

    add tab pages to that canvas (use the Tab Canvas tool button)

    add a trigger when-tab-page-changed at form level to do the viewing and hiding of what you want to hide/show
