Hi Guru's
I have installed Oracle 8.1.7 several times on Win2K, I never get this kind of problem, which I am facing now. Please help, how to get out of this problem.
The problem exactly happening after the Database Configuration Assistant launches and while copying the database files.
I de-installed and re-installed several times but no luck. What could be the problem.
It is my Laptop, PIII, 256M RAM.
Thanks In Advance.

I have experienced this problem before due to insuffienct memory - try increasing the size of your swap space.
