    Where do I begin?

    Management has asked me my opinion on Oracle Financials
    and a help desk "CRM" product. I told them I'd poke the web and get back to them.

    Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.

    oracle doesn't even use their own CRM product. Larry claims that they have saved a billion bucks by eating their own dog food (using their own software) but appaerently many divisions of oracle (like support) tried to use CRM and couldn't keep their lunch down and in the end rejected the crm implementation
