    Hi
    I am preparing for Oracle 8i backup and recovery and I have with ILT and STS. Actually I am working full time in fiance field. I have taken a week off to prepare for this examination.
    i will appreciate somebody can give me some suggestions. Please

    Talking study study

    just study all modules in the ILT and also undertans all questions from STS. Do not stop practising STS until u get 100% and also understand the explanation provided by the STS with the answers. Study RMAN properly.

    Sure don't bother to study, just memorize the answers. What the heck B&R isn't that important anyway right? Jeez!

    Study all the chapters in the ILT, after you complete each chapter do ALL the STS questions for that chapter. When you get a question wrong make sure you "UNDERSTAND" why and move on. This is the way I did it, way back in 2000. Don't just mindlessly memorize questions.

    Ps What exactly is the "fiance field" do you arrange marriages?

    I think it's a lot like writing $100 instead of $1000. No big deal, extra letter, extra zero here and there.
