    I am doing a export process and some miscellence sessions are connected to the oracle also . everything is ok but after 1 hour , the CPU became 100% and I go to instance manager and found except the export session ,there are 2 other sessions . The thing strang is those 2 session has no
    program displayed (They are not oracle internal session neither) . I try to kill them but after refresh they still apear with the active status .

    what are those sessions?

    Which platform are u running your oracle instance?
    If unix, just run ps or top, and find the top process and trace and tkprof it.
    If in windows, maybe your have to go with some tools to find the thread and trace that session and tkprof it.
    Find out what is that session doing.

    Do you perhaps have in the init.ora the following line:
    JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES = 2 ?

    I bet those two processes you see are Oracle's job queue processes....
