Sys user

hi folks,

When does the user SYS gets created....

During installation or during d/b creation

yeh it is during d/b creation...coz the
sql.bsq has an sql statement create user sys.

But during d/b creation, we connect as internal
which is an alias to 'sys'. How is this ? When
the sys user himself is not there, how is the
authentication done ?
